The main access is the south border. There is an excellent established trail system on this property. I jumped deer several times and found numerous beds, rubs and droppings. I also jumped grouse on 2 different occasions. Bear sightings are frequent by the landowner and neighbors. The bears have taken out the neighbors bird feeder. This property does have some elevation and was recently logged (selective cut). There are several bedding areas that were loaded with deer beds. The property also has quite a few apple trees and berry bushes. There is a crop field on the south border that will be a draw for the deer and turkeys. The landowner will allow ATV use on established trails for hunting purposes only. The property has been posted in the past. The landowner will allow reposting.
